Over the past several years, I have learned so much about the importance of self care.
One self-care tool that changed my life is using essential oils from Young Living. Oils help me to find peace and have improved my sleep greatly! I feel so strongly about their benefits (and I LOVE the way that they make my house smell). Below, I will post some of my favorite uses for oils!
